The Radical Mother's Voice airs every Wednesday afternoon from 1:30 to 2 p.m., CST, on 91.7 f.m., K-O-O-P Austin, and online at koop.org. Radmoms has aired since 1999. Sarah Fusco & Katie Vitale are your Radmoms hostesses. Each week we feature special guests from the local community or from other cities in the United States. We typically interview and discuss issues with our guests for 20 minutes or so. During the last few minutes, Sarah & Katie discuss local issues, personal thoughts and/or upcoming Austin events. Radmoms generally play a couple songs during the show, as well as some spoken word pieces from politicos such as Noam Chomsky. Sarah has been hosting the show since March 2003 and Katie has been co-hosting/apprenticing since August 2006. You may visit the Radmoms webpage on the Single Parent Resource Network website, located at www.sprn.org and more specifically at http://www.sprn.org/resources/radmoms.htm .
